MIDI bank select

There are good suggestions, but for me the most important feature is to be able to control banks and presets from my sequencer. So being able to send MSB/LSB via ctrl 0/32 and program change is on top of my wish list for new features.

To be honest, I'm surprised it's not been implemented yet as this must be one of the most useful MIDI function to send to a synth.

I can send prgm chng messages, but the Bank select needs some attention.
My way around this since I usually only need 20 or so presets for live gigs, I put everything on Bank 0, MIDI Channel 1.
