I think this will works just fine when hooking one up into your Pedal input... Its a standard 5volt jack plug. A controlpedal input on a keyboard is also 5volt I believe, soi this should work also instead of a controlpedal.
Maybe this could be interesting for some of the controllerfreaks around here
