Interesting. How much are you using the data wheel? I find myself using it a lot to browse patches, but not as much for patch editing. If I want an exact value for a parameter, I usually use the keypad. (Which, by the way, is an incredibly useful thing to have -- the only other synth I have that has ...

The Oberheim Matrix-1000 did that too. They called it "guitar mode"; I guess it was intended to interface with a guitar synth.

How about support for Open Sound Control?

Very cool! A minor point: is the S/PDIF considered its own output, separate from the analog outs? It looks like it is on these pages.

Aside from unpacking it and hooking it up, of course. I'm going to bang together a few patches, then I'm going to connect in some long-period delays and do a Frippertronics thing with it.
