@HUROLURA: Yes each voice (not osc) can be assigned to a point in the stereo field. Thus a 6 note chord can sound enormous on the headphones (e.g. C in the left ear, G in the right ear, and other notes scattered around at various pan positions)... I have a certain sound in my Oberheim Matrix that is practically the only reason I am holding on to it.
