The manual needs to be corrected, as the Enable Part buttons are just to be thought of as working with the VCAs. In actuality, no section is 'disabled'; the buttons just disconnect the VCA output from the final output buss. You can still use the VCA output as a source anywhere in the synth.

The manual says they enable the mixers, but when I set filter one to handle the input of mixer 2 then button 1 disables filter 1(/vca1?) which is handling mixer 2 therefore technically disabling mixer 2. So instead of the mixer the buttons seem to disable the vca/filter instead. Is this correct and working as designed?
