The cutoff value internally is bipolar, so when entering from the keypad, to get to display a 0 value, you have to type in -63. If you enter a zero from the keypad, you get +63.

I think this may be something that was required (or it's something the coder overlooked). It does seem odd, though. Will add to the list.

When i type in the filter value with the numeric keypad, the value is off. eg. when i type 50 is turns to 113. 0 gives 63. It seems to add 63.
Anyone else experience this?
